The Blueprint of a Super Bowl Championship Culture
Ben Utecht will walk your audience through four elite principles that are foundational in both life and business - Listening, Learning, Language, and Love.
Keynote
Length: 1 Hour
On February 7, 2007, I stepped onto the Super Bowl field and into a Hall of Fame huddle with my teammates, including Peyton Manning and our head coach Tony Dungy. We became a world-class offense by creating a culture of champion leadership and dynamic communication. This culture was fueled by four foundational principles that together allowed each player to reach his greatest potential for the benefit of the team in a highly stressful and competitive environment.
After football, I began to realize these elite principles were foundational in both life and business. The culture produced out of practicing our belief system earned us the greatest reward, a Super Bowl championship. It’s time for your organization to win.

Principle #1
We as humans have an innate desire to be heard and understood.
Listening to each team member allows us to develop their unique strengths and creates an environment of growth, respect, and appreciation, leading to highly engaged employees.
Principle #2
Practicing an attitude and system of learning develops wisdom in all team members.
Learning is the practice of curiosity and supports a culture of wisdom. Wisdom improves decision making and is found at the intersection of knowledge and experience.
Principle #3
Choosing the right words to communicate is the foundation of all information distributed.
Every single word matters! Do not assume that every person you communicate with understands exactly what you mean with each intentional word you choose to use. Clarity is King!
Principle #4
Love supports the greatest form of leadership.
Love provides the most significant value and purpose to the human condition at work.
Culture is the Leader's Choice. So Choose it, Practice it, and WIN!
